The aim of this broad-based study programme is the training of assistants and junior managers for the web-based consumer communication of companies using a variety of social media tools.

The pillars of the programme are an extensive knowledge of social media tools, a solid business administration background, interdisciplinary analysis and thinking, advanced skills in two foreign languages, computer literacy as well as training of soft skills (team-orientation, motivation, reliability, etc.)


6 semesters, full-time programme, including one semester abroad and a minimum of 4 months of work placement(s)
